Different strokes for different folks I guess.... but, like you, I find bullets toward the gun to be most efficient.

Just looking at the mag in relation to the bottom angle of the mag carrier.
It depends on the most comfortable/fast you train yourself on drawing them and how they wind up in the right orientation to feed the gun.
Other than the rare occasion when I'm in suit I appendix carry all the time, and almost exclusively a full size 1911. During the work week I'm either at my desk or in my truck for 10 hours/day with no comfort issues. With a quality belt, a quality holster, and no gut it's as comfortable any other carry method.

Exactly. I can wear appendix all day no matter what I'm doing.
Might try this, but no Glock 33 size guess the 26/27 will do, I'm hurt
Mine fit nicely in the little "watch" pocket of jeans or the box cutter side pocket of cargo pants.
