I daily a Glock 19 w/ +5 mag extension and tlr7a. Im currently running a tier 1 axis elite without the mag carrier attached. I hate not being able to shift it around when I want to when the carrier is attached. It also makes taking a piss a very annoying process.
I also have a bravo concealment holster and the overall dimensions and setup with how it rides is nearly identical to the tier 1. It is a little different in some ways but for a $40 holster I don't think it can be beat in that price range.

Damn. Thought you finally caved and took it in.
MEI made me a custom for my odd pistol/light combo. No one else had it or would even try. After some emails and photos I received it in a few weeks. It’s my go to.
I have a black arch holster on the way right now. Not sure how it would work for appendix carry but I'll at least try it lol. It def has needed material in the locations I currently get rubbed when appendix carrying.
This is the only way to go.
