Apply pie brandy

You can smell the everclear in it but it's difficult to taste. It's one of those drinks that will slip up on you and knock you on your a**! I'm too tired to work out the percentages but with the bottle of everclear I ended up with 6 qt jars and 6 pt jars. Well....now I'm down to 4 pt jars.

Why not use Brandy rather than Everclear?

Higher alcohol %. The end product is around 10% alcohol content. Give or take a few.

Hell I've seen barbeque fires started with Everclear. I'm not drinking it.

For heaven's sake please keep all of the open flames at least 50 ft away. That means natural gas water heaters and furnace pilot lights...

Why not just use white likker and half the amount of everything else and have you some 20 proof?
