Ar 15 $700

I was looking to buy and Ar and decided to build my own instead because of the cost benefit and just being able to put what I want on the it. Thru my infinite wisdom I ended up ordering 2 uppers and 2 lowers when I really only wanted one. The lower is a plum crazy composite, the upper a complete with 16" barrel, 1/8 twist, and has a guntec hand guard. Never mated together, I will post pictures later tonight. Looking to get $700, for one complete unfired set up. So I went to the FFL to do the paperwork to pick up my lower today, and guess what? Since I have not been a Georgia resident for more then 90 days I can't pick up my lower. I wished someone would have told me that before I placed the order. So now I have a PCF C-15 lower for sale $136, you come with me to the FFL to pick it up, he charges $20.

There were assembled by JSEsurplus in Missouri, they did not state any brand name on the upper assembly, I do see a JD with crosshairs on the upper by the charging handle.
