This makes sense. Figured it was too good to be true at $500.

Question now is, do I join the Creedmoore club or cancel my order?

I was sticking with .308. Still a decent deal of the optic is any good. Their site says it’s a $599 retail alone.

well consider their $600 scope they are including with it is already on sale for 300 on their site

yah but they have it listed for 300 on their site so marketing at its finest.

Im torn, I see they are using Luth and a few premium components that nakes me thing they are building a quality product; says Aero is making their lower and uppers.

Yeah - they say on their website they have Asian partnerships or something so made in China - is my guess on the scope.

I may ride this one out and join the long distance gang...

So I called them and left them a message to ship the scope to my home address because my shipping address was Cherokee.

David called and said he would take care of it. Guns should be ready in a couple of weeks and they will send emails to all that pre-ordered for FFL information.

I invited him to check out ODT.

I just got off the phone with David there at Acme. He was unaware that the word "deposit" is not on the website. It will be another 500 once the rifles are ready and they will ask for ffl. He said they probably won't honor the mistake and will be able to cancel orders when they ask for the other $500. I have screenshots of my whole order process and may argue w then when the time comes.
