AR Barrel Swap

I have a fixed carry handle barelled upper that I would like to swap barrels on but I do not have all of the proper tools and equipment to do so. If anyone is able to help me do the swap, I'd really appreciate it. I'll compensate you for your time of course. The upper currently has an 11.5in barrel installed and I'd like to swap it out with a 20in barrel assembly I have. As close to Powder Springs as possible, thank you for your time!
