Sweet. Mine is in 556. It is pretty plain looking right now though lol. Standard plastic handguard and A2 sight post.
This one was built from spare parts. I bought the barrel, BCG, and KAK can. Everything else I had or traded for.Sweet. Mine is in 556. It is pretty plain looking right now though lol. Standard plastic handguard and A2 sight post.
I may just go ahead and file the paperwork to register it as an sbr. I have been considering that for a while anyway. Then I can do whatever I want and it worry about violating any laws lol.
It's a polymer lower. If I go that route I will likely order a better lower and register it.What lower is it?
I only ask because if you SBR it then it's yours for life.
I agree. Buy a quality lower that you can be stuck with. I built the pistols to stay away from the stamps. I want to SBR a Noveske but I can wait. It's a polymer lower. If I go that route I will likely order a better lower and register it.
I don't want to do the stamp thing unless I have to, but I won't take a chance at getting in trouble for an unregistered sbr. I've been lusting over a 9mm AR though and that would be the one that I would definitely want to SBR if I were going to do it.I agree. Buy a quality lower that you can be stuck with. That's a good choice.I don't want to do the stamp thing unless I have to, but I won't take a chance at getting in trouble for an unregistered sbr. I've been lusting over a 9mm AR though and that would be the one that I would definitely want to SBR if I were going to do it.
