Never mind I didn't see the other post. My phone is getting very bad at not letting me see additional post and will not permit me to post. It's weird but not as weird as the firing pin condition. I have never come across that before.
It almost looks like it was wrapped around one of the shoulders of the firing pin. Like a piece of the machining process left a loose bit of steel behind and no one caught it during the inspection process. That is a head scratcher for sure.
