AR15 tire deflator

Not sure what to make of this. It is necessary if your mission requires deflating tires?

The only thing I can think of, is if the target vehicle has a hostage, or someone/something inside, or the vehicle itself, that doesn't want to be harmed/damaged, by a possible rollover or accident, similar to 'stop-sticks', which inflict a controlled deflation.

It doesn't shoot the tire out. You puncture the tire with it and air bleeds out through it. It is designed to stay on the rifle as a shoot through device.

Ok, now I follow. I misunderstood what they meant by "shoot through." Very good.
