AR9 to .22 conversion?

Hey folks,

I have a SBR AR9 that takes Colt mags. I'd like to get a short(ish) 22 conversion upper and add my ARC22 can to plink with. Does anyone know if they have 22 magazines that will fit the 9mm mag well?.

You could possibly use modified uzi .22 mags.

I’ve wanted the same thing. I have not found anything that will work.

I was going to buy the upper and try modifying some magazines. I figured I’d need the upper first and just haven’t committed the money/time to mess around with it
