It's still loaded hotter than the subs . It just does not get the velocity it needs out of the short barrel . Kinda like the reason why I won't ever sbr my ps90. When you sbr the ps90 your cutting the nuts off the velocity of the 5.7x28.

Are all bulk pack .22lr subsonic out of pistol barrels?

?? Isn't the FN5.7 still powerful? How much more power does it have in the PS90?
Higher velocity due to longer barrel . Elite s4m cooks out of that ***** at 3,000 fps!

Oh yeah with a wet can you can't hear the difference . I use water because it's free. Wire pulling gel does work well and stays in place longer .
By the time my can comes in the 22 shortage will be over. Blah.
I can say for sure that Federal bulk pack, Federal Champion, and CCI standard are subsonic out of my 5.5" 22/45. Not quite sure where those fall on the velocity range though.

I'm surprised the CCI Standard cracks out of the 10/22.
I did say "those all" didn't I.... that could be a mistake on my part. I got the threaded barrel for the 10/22 several months after I got the can. I'm sure I shot the two bulk packs through it because I have a bunch of that stuff. I only have a couple hundred CCI standards- I may not have taken that to the range on the rifle test day.
CCI subsonics are really quiet out of the 10/22- I am sure of that.
The Standards should stay subsonic out of the 10/22.
