Let's get straight what is this older generation you are speaking of. How old are you? It seems to me the biggest offenders are what I think are called gen x'ers. Boomers are laid back and take things in stride.

You know what I like about the ODT Swap Meet and the Meet & Greets?

Ya get to see folks in person. If they low ball you/make an offer it's easy to say whatever. Counter offer, a chuckle, whatever.

So much gets lost when typing on the internet.

And yeah, this world is a mix of some amazing folks. If we were all the same it would be a pretty dull place.

Of course! Didn’t mean to generalize but from what I’ve seen, it’s from the older generation. Maybe it’s because they have more money, more experience, not sure… what I do know though is that we need to be nicer to each other
