Arisaka Type 99 question

So I picked up my first T99. I've been obsessing for a few days trying to determine what series it is. I see it's from the Nagoya arsenal and I know it's a last ditch. It might be series 8. I just can't tell for sure. Any experts on here?

Thank you. Yes, I've been studying that site as well as others. I just can't make a definitive call on the series number I have. It has definitely been interesting learning about these cheap little rifles. I've passed on several over the years and kid of wishing I hadn't
