Arsenal SLR-107CR with cover attachment

I saw this on their website and since I know nothing of AK's, I am looking for some info from those who know these rifles. I like this rifle but cant find it in stock anywhere. Is the cover attachment a item that I can purchase separately?

Yes you can purchase the cover attachment separately, however finding one in stock may be an issue. The rifle is no longer being imported so your going to have to look on the used market for one. There have been a few on here lately. Expect to pay a "premium" for it

If I cant find a 107CR, what would be comparable or what would you AK guys recommend?

the 107fr's shoot better because they actually have a muzzle device. you cant beat a CR in cool factor though

by cover attachment you mean the Barrel Shroud?
I think arsenal makes one but there are other aftermarket producers of similar or other items.
