Assault weapons ban question.

"Assault Rifle" ban will happen along with "expanded background checks." So...private transfers/sales have to go through FFL. Here's the hitch...who officially owns the guns out there now? Let's say you have 2 ARs. Maybe you own one and your wife owns one? When you die who is to say your AR wasn't already owned by your son if there is no record. AND THIS is why a national registration will follow thus turning all unregistered guns into illegal weapons and those who posses them into criminals. They are merely setting the stage now. The exact people taking away the right are exactly the ones we have the right to protect ourselves from. One idea has caught my attention even further lately...NULLIFICATION. How do ya'll feel about that? How about States reclaiming their power? Check this out: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/...ill-aims-nullify-joe-bidens-executive-orders/

I agree about nullification. AFAIC, the ATF should be a convenience store for beer, smokes and guns - nothing more.

Prohibition of alcohol worked out real well for the gov't.

It's been illegal to sell marijuana, cocaine, heroin for a century, and the gov't has effectively stopped that. Oh wait. Snap.

Heard a sound bite about Xiden exploring what he could impact through executive action. I'm guessing restricting imports of arms and ammunition.
