I am hoping someone here can help me out. I live in Walton County in unincorporated Loganville and I'd like to shoot in my backyard. I am unsure if I'm legally able to do so. I have searched Google and the Walton County website and have come up empty handed. I have just under 5 acres of property and can safely shoot into an embankment in my backyard. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

That's crazy. I used to live in Gwinnett so I'm not surprised but shooting pellet or BB guns should be legal I would think. Did Gwinnett make a new ordinance prohibiting them as well?
 
It reads, more or less, no no to anything that discharges a projectile. Ticks me off, as pellet guns are good to practice with. Land of the free huh ?
