I'm sure that this has been discussed...but wtf? Why did the ATF do an about face on shouldering a braced pistol? So now if one gets shouldered...a SBR HAS been created???

or is it just the atf guy you talked to? cause you ask one guy ,he says one thing,then ask another and get a different answer..

Do you have a link? All I have seen is a change in how pistols with braces are measured.

so the letter in the link only has a date of 2012 in the writing,and is not dated. so is it an old letter?
so what happens if you just shoulder a tube?
we really need to force them to submit to congress and make these laws. then we can pressure our congress men to vote against it.
this crap of " we feel like its a law today" crap needs to go..
i am thinking we dismantle the f in the atf..
do they ever make liquor laws like this? have they ever said" you must be 22 to drink jagermeister"?
have they ever said " you must be 19 to smoke filter less cigarettes"?
screw them. i have a letter that came with my brace that says its ok,if they want to mail a copy of that letter to everyone in America a copy of the new rule,them we will consider it..
