The ATF is only a enforcement agency, the folks that mess with your rights are in congress.

No ATF no enforcement? Laws with no enforcement are pointless. Besides criminals dont follow rules unless they can warp them to thier advantage. Congress would probably pass less crap if they had no way to enforce it.

Ain't alcohol , tobacco , and firearms legal? Seems to me the FBI , GBI , and local Law Enforcement could handle thangs. My uncle is retired Law Enforcement.....I've heard all kinds a story's bout the atf. Just sayin
