2-3 weeks.....at least that has been my experience in the past.

Faxed some in on May 2 and had them in my mailbox on May 12. Kinda funny because I'm still waiting on the mail for my May 1 approval.

Sent off a couple more form 20s on May 12 and haven't heard back yet, so it very much seems to be a YMMV situation.
