Unfortunately those folks will be the cases that make it to the higher courts AND maybe those will be the cases that brings an end to the NFA and GCA 68. The recent SCOTUS ruling that specifically referred to " Text history and tradition " basically mean that every gun law enacted since the original Constitution are unconstitutional and illegal. So it's just a matter of getting at least one of those cases all the way up the court ladder.

The guy who made the *AutoKey Card" had already been arrested. See the ATF decided the card (all by itself) is a machine gun. So Hoover has his nuts in a vice as a coconspirator for showing or advertising the card in a video. Point is... when and if that case gets to the high court heads should roll and we should see big changes. Between that case and the FRT trigger and solvent trap cases some big **** is on the way.

NFA is NEVER getting overturned. The best you can hope for is SBR and suppressors coming off. This delusional pipe dream of the NFA being struck down needs to die so focus can actually be given to what might ACTUALLY happen not what wet dream you want to happen.

Sounds like a bunch of defeated attitude from here. With the recent SCOTUS decisions we have never been closer but if y'all want to take the negative lay down attitudes then you're probably right about it.
On top of all that there's nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Explaining to the government that the constitution forbids them from infringing on our rights is definitely an uphill battle.......
And that's the way they want it, so the average guy thinks "there's nothing we can do about it anyway".
You hit the nail on the head when you said we have everything to gain, and nothing to lose.
.........If one already believes he's been defeated, then there's no reason to fight left in him, and the opposing side wins no matter who was right.

Which one? The one where they upheld the bumpstock ban indicating that any challenges to brace rulings is also going to fail? It's not defeatist. It's the same thing the freaking left does. They ask for everything and won't take anything. I'm not saying negotiate I'm saying to prioritize what is realistic. Is it all of the NFA being struck down that is the bare minimum or would you accept the NFA existing for FA firearms but supps and SBR/S' get off? I'm not asking for a viewpoint on the legality/infringement on rights of the NFA legislation. If it's all NFA gone or nothing it will always be nothing.
