Assuming you mean Ryan, he could both have a separated shoulder and be performing below expectations. I won’t say he sucks but he’s not as good as he was and a lot of systems are shifting to more mobile quarterbacks. Ehlinger can skedaddle.

He's taken a lot of hits this year. The Denver game was really bad.

Wilson, Rodgers and Brady are also under performing this year....perhaps it's time catching up?

That’s all got to factor in. Peyton Manning had severe noodle arm his final season but Broncos were so stacked he used his crazy football IQ to win it all anyway. Otherwise, time is usually not kind to football players. Colts have more problems than Ryan. He might be out of time.
