If we can't get get the offensive line to protect Ryan consistently, we aren't going to win anymore and Ryan will be on IR. He got pummeled on Sunday. The same O-line that did great vs Saints let Tampa get to him 6 times.

Getting guys for the offensive & defensive line is the place to start. Nothing wrong with Ryan as QB - but he has to have time to throw and he can't do that when he's being chased or laying on his back.
