Attention to Glock Enthusiast

I went to my local gun range and they told me to never fire steel cased ammo (TulAmmo) with my Beretta. I just got a Glock and I was wondering if that rule still applies since Glock is suppose to be so rugged and dependable and etc.etc.

what do you guys think?

what gets damaged if you use steel cased ammo?

It false and steel vs brass, your fine either way.

My glock shoots Sparks out the slide with tula and I think it wore a groove in the slide where it ejects. Brass now on

I only run brass through my guns. I think using steel cased ammo will lessen the life expectancy of certain parts of the gun because steel is a harder metal than brass. Buts that's my opinion...I don't have any hard facts to back it up.

Unless the casings are harder than the hardened steel of your chamber and extractor you're fine.

They can't sell the steel casings, that's why they don't want you to use it.
