It does... 20 is cool even 30-35 is cool. You gotta make some bucks I understand that. BUT 50. Thats crazy. All for a transfer that takes 3 min of your time.

What makes me mad is ive dropped a TON of money in there and this is how you treat your customers? By lieing and extorting them? No. Too many other nice people who could use the money.

It may take 3 minutes to do the transfer, so get your own FFL and you can do yours for free....and all of ours too since it will only take 3 minutes of your time. Heck, I will buy more online since you can do my transfers for free.

Lets see, you'll need an FFL...whats the fee for that?...oh you'll need a brick and mortat storefront since ATF has been frowning on home FFL holders. But heck, it will only take a few minutes of your time to do my free transfers...LOL!!!!! Keep posting man...keep posting!!

"Rob and Extort" people? I have heard it all now. Yall need to get a clue as to what it takes to have a real gun store, not a basement FFL. One LARGE expense that has not been mentioned is the liability insurance. If it goes through your books, you now take the liability, plain and simple. Anyone want to guess how much it costs to get tangled up with ATF after a person like Jared Laughner or the DC snipers tansfer a gun through you?

I also guess the HVAC unit Autreys just put in was free too......bunch of criminals!

What do you think about this--- I started into a new (to me) gun store in Barnesville, "Southern Tactical Enterprises", a couple of months ago and on their front door was a sign "NO LOADED GUNS PAST THIS POINT". I stepped to the curb and put my pistol in my car and entered the store. I asked the person I took to be the owner what gives w/the silly sign. He said they were afraid they might get robbed if they let people w/loaded guns in. So I asked him if he thought that sign was going to stop a robber. I'd much rather have a crowd of GWL's w/loaded guns than 5 people that hadn't been checked out. Seems rather hypocritical to me to be in the gun business and give people the impression you're a liberal. I left with out even looking around and won't go back unless he changes his policy. No Gun = No business from me !

Reason,Truth and logic hah what a joke . You guys can defend them all you want to. Im not going to go back and forth. If you guys are happy with their crazy high transfer fees then by all means use them. I wont. Anybody with half a brain wont. If you wanna piss your hard earned money away then go for it. While you 3 guys talk crazy... I bet you a dollar NONE of you will use them for a transfer knowing you can go somewhere else for half the money. How is that for your reason truth and logic?

It doesnt matter what anybody says in this thread...$50 for a transfer is just too damm much, and its a fact you can still keep the doors open by not charging that much for a transfer...fair is fair and $50 isnt fair for that kind of transaction no matter how you slice it, spin it or rationalize it.
