That's a lot of ingredients. Sounds good though. Have you ever used Mojo Criollo? It's usually found in the Goya brand in the Hispanic food section of Kroger and Walmart. But there's several brands. It goes good n pork but better on chicken.
It's very popular Spic... I mean Hispanic Marinade for most meats. Most Cuban and Puerto Rican restaurants use it. I joke a lot about Hispanics and my first/late wife who was Rican/Italian from NYC but I DID learn a lot from her and my in laws. I can't remember the exact recipe right now but the Puerto Ricans have a coffee drink I really dig called Cafe Leche or something close to that. Basically you make regular coffee and then put it in a small pot on the stove with a little milk until it boils. I'm sure m leaving something out but the finished product is very good.I've never heard of it but I'll keep an eye out for it!
