Observation deck for a Worlds Fair that was built in the 60's.
i knew that only because I used to collect postal stamps and that was one of them.
Mayday!!!! Mayday!!!...........
Yessir! it was the 1962 World's Fair…. back in a day when the US was the leader in innovation and technology….. and the Ford Mustang was introduced in 1964 for the World's Fair in NY….. I remember my Dad bringing home a brand new poppy red Mustang rental car just after they were introduced…. just to "try it out"….

It actually has six more motors and props behind the airfoil…. the ones on the front articulate from vertical to horizontal for propulsion…. the ones in the back are "fixed" for constant lift….
