i’m very confused. i’m 19, short and simple.. i want a fnx tactical. wanna get into the .45 game. now it says i can buy from a private seller but NOT through a licensed FFL dealer? what i’m wondering is people keep telllinf me i’m not allowed to onw the gun ( on OTD) and won’t sell to me when i have read in my book it says this. section 10-1-101. i’m 98% sure i can after doing extensive researching and people are telling me otherwise from what i’ve read on giffords.org, dalton PD, and “Georgia weapon Laws” by Dan Cavallaro and Kurt Martin (2nd edition). section 10-1-101 pg 18
