Bacon wrapped maple glazed carrots

Wrap whole peeled carrots in bacon. Sprinkle with bbq seasoning if desired. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for about 45-60 minutes depending on size of carrots. Brush with maple syrup a couple of times during the last 15 minutes. Enjoy.

Prob would still be good with the peeling still on since the bacon and maple syrup will cancel out the touch of bitterness.
