Must be another leaky pipe
That happened frequently this week. I think I remedied it on my end by opening the Command Prompt and typing:
ipconfig /flushdns There's a single space between the g and the / It hasn't happened again since I entered that phrase.

I also had it twice in last week, yesterday I could not get on for an hour or so
Backups are completed every day at 0400, so that will certainly cause these. If they happen throughout the day, that's still server-related, but not related to the backups. We've been working to minimize these, as much as possible. Keep reporting if they persist or get worse, please.
