Barrel re-threading

Well found a lathe. Will take some time to get everything moved in, and get all the tooling set up but I can do it in a few months. I'd press the barrel out and thread it, press it back in and recheck headspace. This is really the only way an ak should be threaded.

You are gonna have a hard time finding anyone, most people don't work on Aks. I only know of myself and firearms academy. If you want it done right now take it to firearms academy. They can remove the barrel and thread it properly.Still looking to have it re-threaded
Still not threaded, anyone on ODT serious about threading one? Cash, maybe nickles and dimes from a piggy bank, but I'll pay to have one threaded, really, I will.
Why don't you just take it to firearms training academy? I know they work on AKs and can thread barrels also.
where are they located?
