Has anyone here used their coated bullets? After 24 rounds of their 150 grain swc bullets through my Glock 34, I'm left with a residue in my barrel that is proving difficult to remove. Suggestions? Already emailed BB, but no reply yet.

They are powder coated. It is like a hard paint. Not sure much would cut through it. I know several people that use them. One of the top GSSF shooters swears by them.

I've shot their coated 9's, 40's and 45's without a problem.
I believe you have them loaded to hot and now have what is akin to barrel leading.
You need to keep them under 1000 fps, 900 preferably.
Mellow them some and they'll work fine.

(I've only shot their 147gr 9's, 180gr 40's & 230gr 45's)

I'm at 3.3 grains of Titegroup. Should be 850 to 900. They are soft shooting and we're accurate. And no, I don't intend to shoot any more. I was looking for a target and match load. Not a big fan of Max velocity.
