Full complete upper minus BCG and CH. Hopefully a 16" Reece CHF......

No it's a stripped upper , BCM blem..no barrel bcg or charge handle .

Sorry, I"m looking for a full complete upper. I might just order one, I haven't got really any hits on here.

I would consider a FN PSA setup if it was a good price point.
