Bear Hunt

Seems like general consensus is full send on the bear hunt. I will let yall know of I am successful and am always willing to share. I was fortunate enough to win a "high fence" hunt where I was able to shoot a boar and a Bison free of cost, that paired with the elk and deer meat I have from last years there will be bear meat to go around!

Bear meat is good! Grilled backstraps, ribs, burgers, shoulder roasts. All good. Y’all don’t know what in the hell y’all are talkin bout.

Make into jerky. I've had it that way and was pretty good. I've also heard sausage is good as well.

Put it thru the GRINDER, Burger grind it after the Cure.
Mix w/ pork or venison.
YUMM!!!
