Becoming an M&P fan??

I went and shot today and shot my 19 so bad, I'm thinking of trying the M&P9. My USP and new VP9 were silly accurate. Am I losing my love for the Glock?

It was just easy today with both HK's, and even my fiances CW9 but my Glock felt like I'd never touched it before.... No love what so ever. And the Gen 4 19 is my EDC!

It's all about trigger control. Also swapping back & forth between different platforms w/ different triggers is a sure way (for most shooters) to not be totally proficient with any of them.... "Beware of the man w/ one gun... he probably knows how to use it."

Agree 100% with the switching back and forth. I am not concentrating on trigger control or the reset on the Glock. I think I'm going to refuse the temptation and put 500 rods through my 19 until I figure it out. Also might change sights.

I have a love/hate thing with my Glock 19. Some days I can't miss, other days it's like I've never shot the gun before. I guess the challenge is what keeps me coming back, LOL

Having said that, I'm eyeballing a VP9 for my next gun pretty hard. I hear nothing but great things about them.

every one has a bad range day from time to time but pure concentration and a good drill routine will help you and also help diagnose a bad trigger or control issue...if its an EDC you got to be on tap with it every round, missis don't count and will get you hurt in the real world.

Darren, I loooked for a VP9 for months hoping it would live up to my USP. It, after 100rds is the most accurate gun over ever shot besides my USP and 1911's. I'm in love but I'm not willing to give up my 19 yet.

Agreed although w/o knowing what to look for & how to correct it self-diagnosing can be hard if not impossible.
I've seen people spend 1000's of dollars in the hunt for "Excalibur" who finally went somewhere & got professional instruction from someone who was qualified to teach them & "mysteriously" they usually found out that it wasn't a "hardware" problem" but was a "software" one..... :)
