Bit mean with the curtain on that plate ? Potato to meat ratio's the wrong way round.

Didn’t plan on the father in law coming, since he’s pitching in for the wedding he gets most of the meat lol.

Hell yes it does. OP did you put some smoke on it?

No smoke. Just marinated it overnight and cooked it 7min a side at 450ish.
It’s flat iron steak, sometimes I’ll do it with flank steak too.
