Beef Ribs

I got started a little earlier today. Going to try some beef ribs
Egg 200-225
Remove membrane
Lane’s BBQ rub and spice
0815 start cook
0950 first peek and picture

The "short ribs" are much better than just beef ribs. I cooked 4 packs of short ribs last week.

I cheated.
I gave them a good searing on the charcoal grill, then gently laid them in the crockpot for several hours. lol
