Gotta give my youngest kudos for his tenacity. We let him start going with us to the gym at 14. It has been a year and he has worked hard and his results are great. 150 lbs when he started, he weighs 180 now. Glad he occupies his recreation with this rather than other things kids do these days. I know he is mine but he really is a blessing and gift to us. He was born with 7th nerve palsy on his right side of his face. This kid sees no limitations before him. As a father I am proud of him.
