Benchmade model?

I have had this Benchmade for many many years. Just sent it off to them to have the blade sharpened and had asked them to put a new belt clip on it. They could not replace the belt clip so I need to find one.

Two questions:
1) Does anyone know what model it is? I dont remember and dont have the box. It is not listed on the knife/blade anywhere.

2) Does anyone know where I can get a clip or a custom one made? The area to attach it is square and recessed and most I have found are not that shape.

The model number should be on the blade close to the butterfly.

No. Benchmade told me it was theirs and I literally just got it back from them sharpened. Problem is I called and the customer service person cant tell me the model. I bought it back in college from a sporting goods store, just dont have the box to know the model. Mainly need a clip for it.
