Indeed! A .308 will get it done.

I’ve killed hogs with 22mag. Shot placement is key. So, 22mag, 223, 300BO, 6.8, 6.5, 308, 762x39, 243, 270, etc., there isn’t a perfect caliber

I kill several a year with a 223 but I kill them as a nuisance.it kills some dead on spot and some run as long as they die is all I’m hoping for.if I was killing for the cooler I would use the 308.
