Dang, that looks good DD!

It's so much cheaper making it at home than buying in the store.

My second batch is marinating right now. I substituted some Carolina Reaper sauce for the hot sauce. Needed to kick it up a notch. Also added extra garlic powder and some pepper flakes. Going to start it around 9 tonight so it'll be ready tomorrow around 9am.
Look forward to it!! This batch needs a pick me up also, let me know how it works out!

Latest batch is in - used more A1 Sauce in addition to the Carolina Reaper...no bite like I wanted.

The meat flavor is much better and the taste is better than my first batch. But missed the heat factor by a mile...oh well, maybe next batch.

Three pounds of London broil in five trays headed to the Excalibur. Went with an Italian flavor seasoning and Dales. 155 for two hours then 120 for about five hours.
On second thought, 155 for 5:45.
