Absolutely without a doubt the best bang for the buck that is a grade above Bulliet and Makers. IMHO of course.

I have several bottles of 1792 and it is good. I would still pay up for Four Roses though.

I've got the pappy 10yr. It's good but honestly not worth the battle to get it.

If it ain't Pappy 23 it's just warm monkey piss.... lol j/k/. I've had 3 different Pappy's and it's good but it's not even close to worth the hassle or the money to me.


-Anyone ever had the Widow Jane? I've heard really good stuff about it and pretty cool story behind the guy who founded it.

I really didn't care for th 1792, it's better than super cheap stuff, but tasted like it was in a tin can.
I've been drinking Bulliet Rye and Bourbon, I also really like Knob Creek 120

You have to go with the Small Batch. You're right, the regular stuff is crap.
