Taylor small batch is a nice change of pace
OK, it is Thursday and I have some time. I spoke, recently, about an "Infinity Bottle". Where the last little bit of bourbon in a bottle could be poured into the "Infinity Bottle" and mixed with all the other bourbons you pour. Kind of like making your very own small batch. My infinity bottle has Basil Hayden, Old Bardstown, Four Roses Yellow Label, Elijah Craig, Belle Meade, Bakers 101, and just for the heck of it, a non bourbon, some Gentleman Jack. I am not going to start drinking on the mix until after it is nearly full. The product may taste like swill, or it could be pretty good. I know I like all the bourbons I have poured in there so far. Once the bottle is nearly full, I will try it and let everyone know the results. Oh, I don't know how much of each bourbon is in there, it is just whatever little bit is left in a bottle. It did help me to get rid of some bottles and make some room in my likka cabinet. I will report on the taste when I try it.
