Hi guys whats the best buffer and buffer spring I can use to replace them in my Daniel Defense rifles and bcm rifles?

That being said, there is no 'best' spring and buffer combo since each type of rifle will be a little different and your application may change what parts you want to use as well.

Springco springs and the buffers that came in the guns. Buffers don't go bad unless they come apart.

Why do they need replaced? If you are running suppressors, I swapped all mine out for h3 buffers to reduce gas and slow the bolt. If you want to reduce the noise then there are those silent ones.
