Best DIY epoxy to cover tile floor?

I have a 10x15' sun room that leads out to the deck and I want an easy option to cover the stupid tile that's in there. I was thinking epoxy but I'm open to any ideas. It'll get some water but not too much as it's covered and I have a good overhang. What y'all think?

Kinda late now. The walls and trim are down. It's a sunroom without the 4th wall that leads onto the deck so it's not such a big deal.

Kickboard and quarter round is easy and fast. I wouldn't cheat on the last little part.

Can the tile just not be pulled up and replaced? Personally, painted tile looks like painted tile. It looks cheap and it looks like shortcuts. And then the paint starts wearing and it looks worse. I've never taken a shortcut and ever been happy with the outcome. I'd rather have outdated tile than a painted outdated tile that starts to look worse almost immediately

For the record it’s best to replace the tile.

But..

It looks like you have just enough room at the threshold to do a deck board floor fastened to 5/4 board tapconned into the tile/concrete.

Take it up and put down brick pavers on herringbone pattern!
