I use a M2 in competition with thousands upon thousands of rounds on it and would totally trust my life to it! Stay away from all things mossberg I can’t stress that enough! I’m sure the M4 is an obvious one too

find one that fits you , that you can shoot good.
shoot it a couple of hundred time to insured reliability , clean it ,shoot some more.
then you will know.

"The one you have is best" is some real (hokus) pokus. Ownership has no bearing on quality, function, reliability, useability, etc.

If you got deep pockets get a Benelli .

If not . Grab a Mossberg or a Remington

I prefer a pump, but for the money I think the Beretta 1301 has a lot going for it.

If money is not am issue, go M4 and be done with it. Cleaning isn't as bad as one thinks, at least compared to other semi auto.

The Mossberg 930/940 series are hit or miss, best value if you find a runner, but could be a money pit if not.

The Beretta 1300 is a great one in between but hard to find.

Again, if it's not a cost issue, stick with the M4 with options you want.

Well, I have a good selection of 12's and 20's, but been looking at a tactical 12. I have really enjoyed the old 11-87 Express. Just got me thinking.
