Lone Survivor was decent, but I thought it could have been better if they would have picked someone other than Mark Wahlberg to be in it. Having a short, whiny guy from Boston playing a 6'5 guy from Texas just made no sense to me.

My favorite military movie is Top Gun and its pretty much why I joined the Navy after high school. After that, I 'd have to say Platoon or FMJ.

Blackhawk Down gets my vote. Realistic, shows the bravery and loyalty our guys have for each other and illustartes how politician's decisopns kill our bave men without regard for conditions on the ground. We took out over 1,000 of the skinnies in spite of their overwhelming numerical superiority. Also showed our side's goodness and concern for human life while risking theirs. Gos Bless them!!!
