I’ll answer my own question. Yes you can but not with a 47 optics rail only a 74 optics rail.

In the world of AK anything is possible. A bastard or mix of parts AK build is know as a "Khyber pass"

What am I missing? SVD and AKM have different rails (different indexing points, IIRC), but 47 and 74 rails are the same, AFAIK.

Not a huge issue I just need to get a 74 optics rail so the rear most rivet coincides with the 4.5mm folding trunnion as opposed to a 47 rail that lines up with 47 rear rivet pattern. The rivet the optics rails attach share with the trunnion are in different locations so they gotta be married in that sense

Got it. Thank you. My Arsenal FR must use the 74 rivet pattern then, it is AK100 series stock. Never thought about that.
