Best retail 357 mag ammo for deer?

I am thinking about hunting with a 357 mag handgun this season... Please share your suggestions retail ammo for the job. Thanks

Anything 158 grain and heavier with a soft nose I suspect would be plenty to do the job

They are Ga. Arms 158 gr. gold dot hp+p made by Speer.

I agree with her 158 grain bullet, but I think I would prefer a hollow point to a soft point. Not sure the soft point would expand hitting a deer at what might only be 1300 ft./s at 50 yards from a 6 inch barreled 357 revolver.

Have not decided but I am thinking about a Ruger GP100 6” or S&W x86 6”.
