I purchased 2 tri-star semi shotguns. 1 was a 20ga I believe raptor mode. The other was a 12ga Turkey gun. I am extremely happy with both. They shoot anything from reduced recoil low brass all the way to 3 1/2 mag . Never had any issues whatsoever. And didn’t have to spend 1,000$+ to get great performance. A lot of people will argue against the tri-star despite having no experience with one simply based on the price tag. And sometimes in some cases I would have to agree. If it’s to cheap in price then it’s cheaply made and never going to preform. You get what you pay for. But I’ve owned many shotguns and currently have 5 the 2 tri-stars a Mossberg pump, a Winchester auto, and a browning auto. And when I grab a shotgun to go hunting I grab one of the tri-stars my other 3 have hardly been used since I got the tri-stars.
