Truck leaked small spots of oil over the course of a year. What is the best way to get the stains out?

I tried kitty litter then a commercial strain remover, but didn't really work and left white spots. I do plan to pressure wash after ward.

Scrub with Tide then pressure wash. That saves you from paying out the butt for concrete cleaner. Although Tide is high too. Heck Nascar even uses Tide so you know it's gonna work!

Get a propane powered blow torch. Harbor (or Horrible) Freight has them for about 20 bucks. Hooks up to a regular grill tank. Burn off the spots. Also works well with weeds growing through cracks in concrete.

Never thought of that...

What do you do to clean the char marks afterward?

Well I don't know, either I didn't notice them afterwards or rain washed it away. If it warms up, I'll burn off a spot and see.
Back when I had blacktop that is all we used to clean spots. But it was black and didn't show.
